Genesis

In 1995, wanting to find a way in which we could directly contribute to the preaching of the Gospel, a group of people in western New York and Pennsylvania formed All The World, Inc., a New York State Tax Exempt Corporation. Our most important motivation is found in the following scripture:

"And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come."

Matthew 24:14 KJV

Recognizing that this scripture prophetically defines the final sign before the end of this age, we understood that there was much work to be done before Christ’s prophetic words would be fulfilled.

Translating Literature

Starting in 1998, All The World began to work with several translators in the small (Israelite: Gen 49:14 - 15) “Baltic Nation” of Estonia to translate English Literature from The United Church of God into the unique language of Estonian. The first booklets translated were The Gospel of the Kingdom and God’s Sabbath Rest. At approximately the same time, we engaged with translators to translate (into Estonian) the twelve lesson Bible Study Course originally produced in the English Language by the United Church of God.

In 2003 at a Holy Day Service in Estonia, we met Mr. Toomas Schvak, a native Estonian who began willingly to both translate and to edit previously translated booklets and lessons in order to make them ready for publication. Mr Schvak is eminently qualified as both a translator and an editor. In addition, Mr. Schvak thoroughly understands both the Bible and the doctrines of the Sabbath Keeping Churches of God, unique qualifications for a translator.

Publishing Literature

Two ladies in New York (Carolyn Barker) and Pennsylvania (Judy Sieker) undertook the responsibility of “Graphic Artists” and began publishing the booklets and the Bible Lessons in Estonian. With their work, it became possible to put into print both the booklets and the Bible Lessons. Consequently, ATW invested in a Xerox Desktop Printing Machine.

In 2006, ATW began to print literature into the Russian Language. Mrs. Natasha Teague (from Belarus), who had been previously baptized in Estonia at the Feast of Tabernacles, translates and edits the same publications into the Russian Language. Russian is much more widely spoken than is Estonian. A substantial segment of the world’s population speaks and/or reads Russian. Beginning in 2006, we had the Good News of God’s coming kingdom available for Russian persons in a language they understand.

Base Of Operations

In 2006, it became necessary to acquire a piece of real estate to serve as a distribution point for literature being sent to both Estonia and also the Russian speaking world. From the apartment acquired from contributions by dedicated persons, we currently mail literature to six Russian speaking nations. We travel to Tartu, Estonia, four times per year, staying for a month each trip. In a year’s time, we are mailing approximately 3500 envelopes containing information about God’s Coming Kingdom. This is a very small beginning.

In order to multiply our efforts, we are in the process of creating this parent web site (inalltheworld.org) in English, and also affiliated web sites in the several languages into which we have produced literature. When that is completed, we expect that many people will access the information from their various electronic devices. Printing and postage are expensive. We expect to continue to print and mail, but where feasible, the electronic media is far more cost effective.

We plan to use a new and different tool to preach God’s Truth.

We presently have a large body of translated material in the Romanian Language. We have also made some preliminary efforts to translate the Gospel of the Kingdom into both a Chinese language and into Japanese. There are still major languages where God’s Truth about His coming Kingdom is marginally available at best.

Most, but not all, participants and contributors with ATW are happy to be members of the United Church of God. We work closely with that Church Organization. Financially, we are essentially independent, though United has paid for some of our printing and also advertising costs. ATW board members are not paid for their work nor are they reimbursed by ATW for their expenses. All rough donations go into directly providing information about God’s Kingdom to interested persons. If you are not willing to commit to a church organization, but would like to have a vehicle through which you can participate in spreading the Gospel of the Kingdom to greater mankind, we would happily welcome your participation.
